There are many foods that are high in protein, eggs, steel cut oats, all natural cereals, soy milk, almond milk whole wheat pasta, pita bread and certain vegetables.
Many people have a hard time believing this but 5 smaller meals a day will burn more calories, fat than having 3 big meals. When the body recognizes that it is receiving food more often it starts to kick into gear and it burns everything. The mid morning, mid afternoon meals can consist of nuts, low fat cheese stick, apples, protein bar and vegetables. These are all natural and the body loves to burn natural food. What not to eat: don't eat foods that gets your brain wanting more. These are foods that are completely sugar or have high sugar content, soda, cake, candy etc. The brain loves sugar it can't get enough of it. Give it a little, it wants more. The brain turns into a sugar junky. The brain informs the rest of the body that more food is needed.
Using these above steps will work, but it will take sometime, losing weight takes work, this doesn't happen overnight. There are techniques that will speed up the weight loss period, proper nutritional diet that's suited for each individual.
