Most of us give excuses like being too busy with work, lack of energy or just being plain lazy. When you excuses to yourself to avoid exercising, all the more you should exercise. Leave out all negative thoughts and just get out of your home and exercise. You will feel great after you done that.
Eat more often
Now, please do not get the wrong idea. What I meant here is, eat more small meals throughout the day, instead of just three whole meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) a day. The reason for eating more small meals, like five to six times is because it actually increases our body metabolism rate. Metabolism is simply the breaking down of food into energy. The higher our metabolism, the more fat and weight our body can burn. So next time, try to avoid that heavy lunch and opt to have a healthy snack once every two to three hours.
Cut down on simple carbohydrates
Food that contains simple carbohydrates includes white bread, white rice and honey. If you are trying to lose weight fast, avoiding these foods is good because simple carbohydrates get broken down very easily in our body system. These broken down carbohydrates then get converted to sugar that give us energy. However, if we are not doing activities that require a lot of energy, like exercising, these sugars in our body get to turn into fats quite easily. Try to eat more complex carbohydrates, like wheat-based food if possible as these get to turn into sugar much slower than simple carbohydrates.
